Opscale uses only strictly necessary cookies that are essential for the operation of the Service. We do not use:

- Advertising or marketing cookies
- Social media tracking cookies
- Third-party tracking cookies
- Session recording or behavioral analysis tools
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, no consent banner is required under the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and the Danish Executive Order on Cookies (cookiebekendtgørelsen, BEK nr 1148 of 09/12/2011). Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

4. Browser Local Storage
In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage for client-side preferences. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers:

5. How to Manage Cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Service from functioning correctly.

We may update this cookie policy if we change how we use cookies. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will implement a consent mechanism before setting those cookies, in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive and applicable Danish law.
